So in 2027 me and my besties are are hitting the road together! Each month, I’m teaming up with the best indie pop artists out there to give someone like you a FREE pop up concert in your home town!
You provide the scene (anywhere in the continental U.S.) and we’ll bring the concert; gear, vibes, and tunes. Backyard bash? Birthday extravaganza! Sorority Party Palooza?! You name it, we’re up for it!
Entries are open from the 1st day to the last day of every month. Just fill out this form, tell us a little about your event and we’ll pick a winner on the 3rd of the following month.

Official Rules: Ainsley Costello's Pop Girls Pop Up Host Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of being selected. This is not a random drawing. Our team reads every entry and picks the best host pitch each cycle, using the criteria below.
What This Is. In 2027, Ainsley Costello is bringing the Pop Girls Pop Up shows to fans' homes, backyards, and community spaces across the United States. Each show is a promotional event produced by the named Sponsor. Fans apply to host a show, and each cycle our team selects one Host whose location and pitch are the best fit.
Sponsor. Ainsley Costello, Inc., Four Seven Entertainment, and Phantom Power Music, Inc., 242 West Main Street, PMB 154, Hendersonville, TN 37075 (together, "Sponsor").
Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
Contest Period. The contest begins September 15, 2026, and final entries close October 31, 2027 at 11:59 PM Central Time.
How to Enter. Complete the entry form at ainsleycostello.com/popgirlspopup, including your name, email address, event address, show location, and hosting details. One entry per person for the entire contest. If you submit more than once, we'll use your most recent entry. Entrants may enter as part of a group or organization by using the same group name, but each person must submit their own entry with their own name and email address. Entries submitted using false or duplicate identities will be disqualified.
Show Location. Each entrant chooses one of the following:
(a) Featured Location: a featured location is defined as a region near a confirmed Ainsley Costello tour stop. Each Featured Location is announced on the contest page with its eligible area, meaning an event address within a 75-mile radius of a named city, measured in a straight line, and its show window, meaning the timeframe when the show will take place. The exact show date is confirmed with the selected Host. New Featured Locations may be added throughout the contest as tour dates are confirmed, and the Featured Locations listed on the contest page are part of these rules.
(b) Wild Card Location: any location in the continental United States, with a preferred date or timeframe entered in the hosting details. Wild Card entries may be considered in any cycle in which Sponsor determines a show at that location is feasible, including when a nearby tour date is confirmed.
Selection Cycles. Entries are reviewed in cycles. The first cycle covers entries received September 15, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, each cycle runs from the 1st through the last day of each calendar month, and one Host will be selected per cycle. Hosts from the first cycle will be notified beginning January 1, 2027. Entries that are not selected in a cycle will remain eligible for later cycles through the end of the contest unless withdrawn by the submitter or the Sponsor. Sponsor may choose not to select a Host in any cycle if no entry meets the minimum standards for location and venue.
How We Pick Hosts. Our team scores every eligible entry on the following:
Location and tour routing fit (30%): how well the event location works with confirmed or planned tour dates.
Hosting pitch and creativity (30%): the occasion, the atmosphere, and why your place would make a great show.
Venue suitability (20%): space, access, power, noise and neighbor considerations, and your ability to secure any required permits or permissions.
Community and crowd (20%): expected turnout, community impact, and group support, including the number of eligible entries using the same group name.
Ties will be broken by the higher Hosting pitch and creativity score. Our team's decisions are final.
The Show. Each show is a Pop Girls Pop Up promotional event produced by Sponsor, featuring Ainsley Costello, with special guests (1 to 2 additional emerging female pop-rock artists), subject to artist availability. Sponsor provides the performers and sound equipment and sets the show's date, time, length, format, and setlist in coordination with the Host. Shows are open to the Host's and Sponsor's invited guests. Sponsor may photograph, film, and record the show and use that footage in its promotional content, and may sell merchandise and collect fan sign-ups at the show. The Host agrees to let guests know the show may be filmed and used for public promotional purposes.
Host Responsibilities. The Host provides the venue at no cost to Sponsor and is responsible for obtaining permission from any property owner, landlord, homeowners association, or military installation, and for any required local permits. The Host agrees to follow Sponsor's reasonable safety and capacity requirements. Sponsor may cancel or move a show if the venue becomes unsafe, if required permissions are not secured, or if attendance exceeds safe capacity. No travel or lodging is provided to the Host. Hosting is not transferable and has no cash alternative.
Scheduling. For Wild Card Hosts, the show will be scheduled within approximately 6 weeks of notification and coordinated directly between the Host and Sponsor. All dates are subject to tour routing commitments. Contracted official tour dates take precedence, and Wild Card Hosts may choose an alternate date if a conflict arises. Featured Location shows take place within the announced date window; if the selected Host cannot host during that window, Sponsor may select the next-highest-scoring eligible entry. Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule any show for any reason, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, or other career-related conflicts.
Host Notification. Hosts will be notified by email or phone. If a Host does not respond within 7 days, Sponsor may select the next-highest-scoring eligible entry. Hosts may be asked to sign a statement of eligibility, a liability release, and a filming consent where permitted by law.
Taxes. If any part of the hosting experience is determined to be taxable income by state or federal law, the Host is responsible for any applicable taxes, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required.
General. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform. Sponsor reserves the right to change or cancel these terms at any time.
